Refund Policy

At WHAT’S NEXT CONSULTING, we are committed to providing high-quality coaching, youth development services, and educational support. Because our services involve scheduled time, professional preparation, and immediate value, our refund policy is as follows:
1. Coaching Sessions (1-on-1 or Group)

All completed sessions are non-refundable.

If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, you must do so at least 24 hours in advance.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable.

No-shows or failure to attend a session without notice will not be refunded.
2. Coaching Packages & Multi-Session Programs

Prepaid coaching packages are generally non-refundable once started.

If you want to discontinue a package before using all sessions, unused sessions may be considered for partial refund or credit at our discretion.

Any sessions that have already taken place cannot be refunded.
3. Workshops, Classes, and Events

All workshop registrations are non-refundable, as space is limited and preparation costs are incurred.

If you cannot attend, you may request:

A credit toward a future workshop, or
-
To transfer your spot to another participant
(subject to approval and availability)

4. Digital Products & Downloadable Materials

All digital items (PDFs, guides, curriculums, videos, etc.) are non-refundable once delivered.

Due to the nature of digital products, no exceptions can be made.
5. Merchandise (if applicable)
If you offer branded merchandise in the future:

Items may be returned within 14 days if unused and in original condition.

Apparel must be unworn and unwashed.

Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged.
6. Service Dissatisfaction
We aim to deliver exceptional service. If you are dissatisfied with any part of your experience, please contact us directly so we can work toward a solution.
Refunds are not guaranteed but will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
7. Cancellations by WHAT’S NEXT CONSULTING
If we must cancel a session, workshop, or meeting:

We will offer a new time
OR -
Provide a full refund for the affected service
