2. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must be:

• At least 18 years old, or

• A parent/guardian enrolling a minor (ages 12–17)

By using our Site or Services, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and current.

3. Booking & Payment

​

• All sessions must be booked through our website or directly with our staff.

• Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

• We accept payments through approved processors such as Wix Payments, PayPal, Stripe, or others listed on our Site.

Late payments or failed transactions may result in cancellation of services.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

To cancel or reschedule:

• We require 24 hours’ notice for all coaching sessions.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours may be charged in full.

• No-shows are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to reschedule appointments as necessary.

5. Refund Policy

​

Due to the nature of coaching and educational services:

• All completed sessions are non-refundable.

• Refunds for prepaid packages may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

• Digital products, downloadable materials, and workshops are non-refundable.

6. Conduct & Expectations

​

Clients and visitors agree not to:

• Misuse or tamper with the Site

• Engage in harmful or disruptive behavior

• Use our content without permission

• Harass, abuse, or disrespect any staff or participants

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these expectations.

7. Parent/Guardian Responsibility

​

For clients under age 18:

• A parent or legal guardian must provide consent.

• Guardians are responsible for providing accurate information about the child.

• Parents agree to support coaching plans and communication when needed.

8. Disclaimer of Results

​

While we strive to provide impactful coaching and guidance, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, including:

• Academic results

• Behavioral changes

• College admissions

• Career placements

Client effort, participation, and consistency greatly influence results.

9. Intellectual Property

All materials on the Site—including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and documents—belong to WHAT’S NEXT CONSULTING and are protected by copyright laws.
